Thursday June 12th Paul Sagan of KCSA Strategic Communications gave an InnoVentures U presentation on branding for startups and how to build visibility inexpensively.
Sagan said, “Your brand is building itself now whether you like it or not.”
Sagan used many helpful tools such as a “pitch pyramid” in which a company must have multiple ways of defining themselves from an elevator pitch to an investor pitch. He also dispelled anxiety over the difficulty of social media with detailed descriptions on how to use certain platforms in order to create a brand and expand online visibility.
